Laura Charles Bowers
Laura is one of our caring dental hygienists. She earned her BS in Dental Hygiene from USC School of Dentistry in 1999. She loves her job and helping her patients maintain their periodontal health. She has a daughter in college, and a lively 7-year old boy. Her hobbies include skiing, hiking, and anything outdoors. When it comes to your oral health, as with all things in life, Laura is fond of saying, “think positively and you can achieve anything you set your mind to doing!”
Lee Kaplan
Lee is our cheerful front desk assistant. She graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 1975, where she received her BS in Dental Hygiene. She retired in 1987 to raise her three children. She is now an empty-nester, and has returned to our office to help ensure that all of our guests receive the best service with a smile. She enjoys cooking, hiking, and reading. Her major goal is to make every visit a pleasure. Her advice to all patients wishing to optimize their dental health is, "May the floss be with you."
Erin McNicholas
Erin is our energetic office administrator. She has worked in dental offices for over five years, and knows how to accommodate the needs of our guests with unparalleled friendliness and top-quality customer service. She is a graduate of California State University Northridge, and the proud co-author of several published scientific articles. A native of the San Fernando Valley, Erin enjoys problem solving, running, swimming, writing, music, dance, and travel.
Diane Goshorn
Diane is our friendly back office manager. She earned her RDA from Concorde Career College in 2006. She loves assisting chairside, and helping people feel more confident by giving them a beautiful smile. She is the proud mother of two kids, a 5-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. Her hobbies include dancing, watching movies, and country music. “You don't have to brush your teeth,” Diane jokes mischievously. “Just the ones you want to keep!"
Alex Samano
Alex is one of our terrific chairside assistants. Throughout her entire career she has strived to make people feel better physically and emotionally. She has worked as a preschool teacher and as an early interventionist for babies, and then went back to school to become a registered dental assistant. She loves working with children, and brings that positive kid-friendly warmth to our practice. She has two beautiful daughters, aged 8 and 12, who love to play soccer. Alex states, “I am happy to be a part of a great team that helps people look and feel great.”
Cali T. Rossen
Cali T. Rossen is an exuberant and specialized dental hygienist. She graduated in 1992 with High Honors from SUNY Syracuse, and was the Vice President of her class. She was one of 40 students chosen to receive the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award. Cali's emphasis is on educating her patients for optimal health, and providing top-notch care. She recently completed an advanced periodontal techniques program at UCLA with Anna Pattison, who is the author of many dental hygiene text books. In Cali's free time she loves to create art, in all aspects, be it a camera, computer, music, paintbrush, pen or crayon. She believes creativity heals, and her purpose in life is to heal the planet by creating dreams into reality for herself & others. Cali is committed to making an impact in the world by inspiring others.
